Millennium Dragon Installation

A giant 300-meter (1000 feet) silk lantern in the shape of a dragon dwarfs the Hong Kong skyline behind it 30 December 1999. The dragon is being prepared for the Hong Kong government's gala "Millennium Extravaganza" which will feature a giant dragon and lantern dance, a horse race, fireworks display and performances by international artists. 

千禧巨龍裝置藝術

特區政府在馬場中央舉行大型燈會，展出多批扎作彩燈。當中名為騰龍的龍型彩燈，全長280米、龍頭高度14米，佔地面積4800平方米，被列入《健力氏世界紀錄大全》成為世界最大的龍型彩燈。
